This piece holds the magic of Morgana Le Fay, the Arthurian Enchantress.  It holds what is called a Thrice Birthing White Light Hex.  In simple terms, this piece allows you to birth a triad of fairies, as these are the beings that she has taken as her children.  

When using this birthing piece, you will call out the name of the fairy that you wish to birth, also granting them one individual power.  Whether this is beauty or love or healing or astral travel or something else.  When you call out the name, you must call out one power.  This is the power they will hold for eternity.  You can do this three times, creating three different fairies with three different powers.  They will share these powers with you, allowing you to use them at your leisure, so you better be careful in choosing what powers you want to give them because they will also be your owns.
